How’re you doing today? I truly hope you are shining your light and doing what you love, wherever you are in the world!
As I’ve been sharing in my notes lately, this past week life’s been telling me (or I should say screaming at me lol), to align. Align. Align. Align. With my dreams. With my vision. With my future self.
Because yeah, I was totally getting out of alignment. A few triggers made me slip back into old beliefs, old emotions and behaviors that were no longer serving me. At all. (you know… doing, doing, doing from a place of fear, doubt, and worry instead of from a place of joy, love and gratitude). So… I paused.
I decided to set aside everything I was doing, and focus on BEING. Being my future self. Becoming her. The one already living my dream. Thinking, feeling, and acting like her.
I became very aware of my reactions, of old ways of thinking and feeling that I clearly needed to let go of. (Shedding a few more layers… we’re still in the year of the snake I guess 😅).
And as I shifted my energy, I felt a strong pull to share this process with you.
Maybe you need to hear it. Maybe you don’t know how to tune into the energy of your vision and stay there. Or maybe you just need a gentle reminder to come back into alignment.
Either way, here’s my post on what, to me, is one of the most important things when it comes to manifesting: learning how to stay in the energy of our dreams 24/7. Even in the midst of adversity. Especially then.
I can’t wait to share it all with you!! Let’s dive in…
EASIER SAID THAN DONE…
If you already know a thing or two about manifestation, you know that in order to manifest your dreams, you need to align with them energetically, meaning you need to think, feel and act the way you would if you were already there, right now.
“The real key to manifesting anything in your life is feeling, thinking, and acting the way you would if you were already there. Right now.”
Sounds easier said than done, huh?
You may’ve already tried meditating, journaling, working with affirmations, or making vision boards and visualizing yourself in your new life. And maybe you were able to feel it, even if just for a tiny little moment. And it felt amazing!!
But… were you able to stay there for an entire hour? How about for the whole morning? The entire day? Yeah… not easy. When you are back in a life that looks nothing like the one you’re trying to create, let’s be real… it’s hard to stay there!
Triggers show up. Old beliefs resurface. You react in ways you know you shouldn’t. Someone says something that hurts. Deeply. You look around and it feels like everyone else already has what your heart desires the most…. and before you know it, you fall back into your old self.
So the real question becomes this: what can you do to stay connected to your dreams 24/7, no matter what? And the answer is…
GO BEYOND YOUR CURRENT REALITY
Your only goal in the manifestation process (with any wish, really!) is to be able to overcome what your senses perceive in this very moment, a.k.a. your current reality, by choosing not to react to it in the same old way.
Because when you react the same way, you keep repeating the same reality over and over again. You’re literally carrying your past straight into your future, because you are staying in the same energy!! Do you get it?
So, you need to go beyond what you currently see and live every moment as if you were already living in your future reality. Truly embodying your new thoughts and feelings. Becoming your future self. Now.
That’s exactly why you need to become a master at controlling your emotions.
“The only thing you can control in life is your emotions.
And you can change them in a heartbeat.”
This means that you’re no longer going to let anything or anyone make you feel a certain way. Instead, you’re going to be feeling your future emotions ahead of the experience, regardless of how this moment looks. You following me?
I like to call it: fake it until you make it. At first, it might feel strange, maybe even uncomfortable, to feel love, joy or freedom out of nowhere. But the more you practice it, the easier it gets.
MASTER YOUR EMOTIONS
Right now, your body is used to feeling a very specific way. It always reacts the same way to the same situations, because in a way, it’s addicted to those emotions. Why? Because you’ve been doing this for a pretty long time 😅 and it’s become automatic.
That’s why sometimes it feels impossible to think positive thoughts or feel good. Your body is literally craving familiar emotions (even if they don’t feel good). But we’re going to change that. For good!
How? By training your body to start feeling the emotions you do want to experience in your new life. We’re going to stop firing and wiring the same old circuits in your brain and start creating new pathways that will lead you to the life you want to live. How awesome is that?

It’s not as hard as it sounds. I promise. Think of it like going to the gym to build muscle. At first, nothing seems to be happening, and it feels hard (even just going to the gym lol). But the more you practice, the easier it gets and the more visible the results become. :)

Put a smile on your face. A little bigger. Good. Now point at your screen (or somewhere in front of you), and start to laugh. A lot. Come on! I am watching you. :) Let’s laugh, I’m with you. More. Harder. Louder. That’s it! How’re you feeling now? A little more joyful? Good!!
If you didn’t feel anything, I’m pretty sure you didn’t do the exercise... DO IT! :)
See how easy it is to feel an emotion without an external stimuli? You just created joy from within. You are that amazing!!
Now I want you to pick one of your future emotions, and start tuning into it.
A few ways to tune into your future emotions…
Play some music (I personally love this band when I’m tuning into the emotions of love, joy, or gratitude), or watch a TV show, movie, or video that brings you automatically to your desired emotion.
Dance, sing, jump, shake your body,... move that energy!
Write your new thoughts 5-10 times and let each word bring you closer to the emotion you’re calling in.
Practice this A LOT. Seriously. The more you do it, the easier it becomes to feel your future emotions, even when you’re facing triggers or challenging situations. You’re building your emotional muscle!
“When you shift your emotions, you shift your energy.
When you shift your energy, you shift your life.”
So please, take every moment you have to tune into your new emotions: while cooking, driving, showering, anything! Just focus on the feeling. Feel. Feel. Feel. The more you do this, the more natural it becomes.
STAYING IN THE FUTURE. NOW.
Now you’re ready to overcome anything that comes your way. Truly.
Your body is getting used to feeling emotions like love, joy, gratitude, freedom (or whatever your future emotions are). And it’s becoming your new normal.
But there will still be bumps in the road: triggers, old beliefs, challenging situations... these are the hardest moments to stay in your new energy, but they are also the most important ones.
Remember: DO NOT react to what you currently see in the same old way. Just observe. Become aware of your reaction and don’t act on it. Don’t try to fight it, either. Simply observe, and ask yourself:
➤Would I be feeling or thinking this if I already had what I wanted?
If the answer is no... simply shift to a new emotion. You now know how to do it, you’ve been practicing daily, and your body is getting used to it.
